Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Just fill out the contact form above with details about your vision, and we'll get back to you with a quote and timeline.
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
It depends on the complexity, but most custom orders take 3-6 weeks from initial consultation to delivery. We'll give you a specific timeline when we quote your project.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes! We offer workshop tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit and see our artisans at work.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly and we'll work something out.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your piece. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Custom pieces are non-refundable but we'll work with you to make it right.
